No Area, No criminals in stores december 11th // Two new songs

less then a week left now. On the 11th of december our new record No Area, No Criminals will officially be released by Black Star Foundation. By then you will be able to order it at the Black Star Foundation webstore (Worldwide).

To celebrate this rare occasion we have uploaded another two songs from the album for you at myspace. Please listen to Faces and No Control and let us know what you think about them. For a little better quality you can also go to our Bandcamp.

Post tour. Release date. Radio appearance.

First of all, thank you very much to all of you who made our tour possible and to you who showed up at the concerts. Thanks to Kristoffer for putting up with us. We had the the time of our lives, hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did! 10 289 kilometers driven and almost as many new friends made, see you next time around.

Some bad news though, as Lars has decided to leave Affordable Hybrid. Very sad of course, but I think we could all see it coming. No hard feelings and we wish LLL the best of luck in the future.

“No Area, No Criminals” will still be released at the 11th of december, but release shows will have to wait. We’ll keep you posted about that and where it will be possible to purchase the new album.

Finally, we will be featured in swedish radio show P3 Lab tonight (2009-11-25). So, if you are able to listen to it and want to hear a couple of songs from “No Area, No Criminals”, tune it in at 20.03 and enjoy.

Tour Update & New Merchandise

10 shows down, 11 to go. We are still not fed up with eachother or the Renault van that has become our home. So far we have experienced Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia and Italy. We loved it all. And we met a lot of great people! Special thanks to Punch, Enri and Albe who have helped us out alot and even showed us Venice. Pure magic!

Tomorrow we are leaving Italy for France and Marseille. After that Spain! Guess I don’t have to tell you we are looking forward to it. Hope all of you we have met so far enjoyed it as much as we did and that we will make even more new friends in the coming weeks.

Leaving Sweden

In a couple of hours we’re leaving Vänersborg for almost a month. Check out the dates and meet up with us somewhere on the road!

Two new songs from No Area, No Criminals

Two songs from our upcoming album “No, Area, No Criminals” have now reached our myspace page. Listen to “Straight To You” and “The Prison Song” and let us know what you think about them. The songs were recorded by György Barocsai at East Mental Hospital Studios in Vänersborg and mastered by Daniel Johansson. Cover designed by Shelby Cinca.

“No Area, No Criminals” will be released by Black Star Foundation in the beginning of december, but we will bring the record on our tour in october and november that will last for almost a month. Check out the dates under the “Tour” section, we hope to meet you there!

New record, new label, new tour.

Attention!

We are happy to announce that our new record “No Area, No Criminals” will be released by Black Star Foundation. It will contain 15 songs which we have recorded with György Barocsai at East Mental Hospital Studios in Vänersborg. The cover is being designed and the tracks are being mastered as we speek, so a couple of songs for you to listen to will be uploaded in the coming weeks.

To celebrate the release we’re going on a tour through Europe between the 21st of october and 15th of november. Check out the dates here at our myspace profile. There are still a couple of shows to be announced and they will be up there soon as well. Hopefully we’ll get to meet you somewhere on the road!

We’ll also be doing a show at Sticky Fingers in Gothenburg for the 9th of october, come say hello!
